Shipping Time Depends on the Fountain

Please be patient while we ship your fountain. We ship water fountains as quickly as possible. Many of our fountains are handmade and custom-built, so they take a little longer to ship - sometimes up to eight weeks. This is because we have to build the fountain before we send it to you.

There is value in waiting for a hand-made fountain. This ensures fine craftsmanship and the unique quality of your fountain. Your fountain will truly be an individual piece of art when it arrives. We make our handmade fountains as quickly and carefully as possible, but if we move too quickly then quality will be compromised – and we're sure you don't want that!

If your fountain is customized, you may have to wait longer than usual for shipment because it will take time to make your fountain. Things like engravings and cutting copper wall fountains to order take time. Ordering a custom-made fountain is well worth the wait, as you will have a fountain truly unique to your home, garden, or office. On occasion, fountains are placed on back order. This means that we have to wait until more fountains arrive in stock for shipment. If the wait time will be longer than specified, we will notify you. We will inform you if we encounter any problems, although we do not anticipate problems.

If you need your fountain quickly, just call us and ask about expedited shipping options. They may be available for an extra fee, depending on the availability of your fountain of choice. This is not always possible, but if you call us we can let you know whether it is.
