Indoor Water Fountain - How to Eliminate Splashing
Our indoor water fountains are designed not to splash when properly assembled.
The installation guide sent along with your fountain will supply information
about fountain set-up in order to decrease splashing, but here are a few helpful
tips:
" Take the time to install your fountain perfectly level. A fountain
that is even a little bit crooked can splash.
" To minimize splashing and decrease water sound, try placing some river
rocks in the basin.
" Find the happy medium between too full and too empty. The water level
should never be higher than ˝ from the top of the basin.
" Conversely, the basin should always be more than halfway full.
" Fountains will often develop condensation on the outside of the pan
when in humid climates; do not place a tabletop fountain on surfaces that
it could damage.
" Find a spot for your fountain where it will not be bumped into.
