Fountain Modifications and Warranty

Changing your water fountain in any way may render your warranty useless. To ensure that you do not void your warranty, please call us before making any modifications, and we will help you fix the problem without voiding the warranty.

You can void the warranty by bending the metal frame, cutting tubes, or painting the fountain. Other activities that change the way the fountain functions or disables it in any way may also void the warranty. If you wish to make significant changes to your fountain to personalize it, this is fine; but realize that your warranty may not be valid by the time you are done.

There are several ways you can modify your fountain without voiding the warranty. For example, you may add rocks to the basin. You can put a cut flower in the water. You can add aromatherapy oil to the water. If your fountain does not come with lighting, you can place lights near it. None of these activities will void your fountain's warranty.

However, when it comes to physically altering the fountain's parts, the warranty is at stake. You cannot intentionally alter the way the fountain functions or render useless any part without voiding the warranty. This is because the warranty depends on the wall fountain being in its original condition when you purchased it. It is difficult to replace a fountain that has been intentionally altered.
