Damaged Fountains Needn't Be a Problem

Our fountains almost always arrive in perfect condition and there are no problems during packing or shipping. Your fountain usually arrives to you like new and functioning. But on rare occasion, mistakes do occur, and your water fountain may end up damaged. Do not worry! We will work with you to fix your problem, especially if it was on us. You needn't pay for a damaged fountain.

When your fountain first arrives, check the box to make sure that it is not damaged. If the box is damaged or open, do not accept the package. This is a sign that something happened to it during shipping, and the fountain inside may not be intact. Call our customer service line and inform them of the problem. We will make sure that you get a fountain in a box that is in good condition.

After you accept the package, immediately open the box to ensure that all parts are present and in good condition. If they are not, again, call our customer service line. We will be happy to send you replacement parts if you call within the first three days. This way we can be assured that the fountain was broken upon arrival. If you wait longer than this, it may be difficult for us to send replacement parts. Opening your package immediately upon arrival is critical to ensuring that all the parts arrived undamaged, and replacing any damaged ones in the unlikely event that they are present.

Again, it is highly unlikely that any of your parts arrived undamaged. We package them in such a way so that they arrive in the best condition. But if they do arrive damaged, we need to know as soon as possible so we can file a claim with shipping services and get your new parts sent out to you. We will send them right away and at no extra cost to you. You don't have to wait long at all for your new floor fountain parts to arrive.

After you assemble your fountain, if something doesn't seem to be working right – for instance, it is too noisy or the fountain splashes, read our other sections to troubleshoot these common problems. Most problems have easy solutions, and it is unlikely that your fountain is actually damaged.
