The lightweight option is a good option for those looking to reduce the weight strain that this fountain puts onto the wall, but with the proper installation, the heavier option has a brilliant array of textures and designs that the lightweight option does not have.

These fountains weigh on average 55 pounds dry, but with the included “EZ” installation bracket, the proper tools listed on the DVD, and a helping hand, any two people will be able to install this fountain easily. The only limiting requirement is for the fountain to be drilled into a stud in the wall. We do offer a lightweight alternative that dramatically lowers the weight of the slate, thereby making installation easier.

The copper tray and hood are both finished with a brazen design and sealed with a high quality powder coat to preserve the finish for years to come. The Copper Vein tray and hood have copper finish but are made of steel with Copper Vein finish coated over the surface.
